The short version
NeuraReply writes replies to your Google reviews and posts them for you. You stay in control of what gets posted, you can cancel any time, and you can revoke our access to your Google account whenever you want.
What we do
Once you authorize us, we read the reviews on your Google Business Profile, draft a reply to each one, and post it as a response from your business. You decide which star ratings we may answer automatically. Anything below the threshold you set is held for you to approve first.
What you are responsible for
- Having the authority to grant us access to the Google Business Profile you connect. If you manage a listing for someone else, make sure they know and agree.
- The replies posted under your business name. We draft them, but they are published as your words, on your profile, and you own them.
- Reviewing the settings you choose, including which ratings post automatically.
What we are responsible for
- Writing replies that respond genuinely to what each customer actually wrote.
- Never posting a reply below your chosen rating threshold without your approval.
- Never posting anything that identifies NeuraReply as the author.
- Stopping immediately when you cancel or revoke access.
Free trial and payment
New accounts get 30 days free, and we do not ask for payment details to start. After the trial, plans are billed monthly at the price shown when you signed up. There is no contract and no cancellation fee. Cancel during the trial and you are never charged.
If you cancel mid-month, we stop at the end of that billing period. We do not pro-rate partial months.
Replies are written by AI
Replies are generated by an AI model and are written to sound like you, not like software. They are usually good. Occasionally one will miss the mark. Hold a wider range of ratings for manual approval if you want more oversight, and tell us when a reply is wrong so we can improve how yours are written.
NeuraReply depends on Google’s Business Profile API. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. If Google changes or restricts that API, some or all of the service may stop working, and we will tell you if that happens.
You also need to follow Google’s own review policies. In particular, we will not help you filter which customers are asked for reviews, hide negative feedback, or post anything misleading.
Ending things
You can cancel any time by emailing us, and you can cut off our access instantly from your Google account settings without telling us first.
We may end service if payment fails, if you use NeuraReply to break Google’s policies or the law, or if you ask us to post something we are not willing to publish. We will give you notice and a refund of any unused time except where the account was used abusively.
Liability
NeuraReply is provided as is. We do not promise particular results, such as a higher rating or better search ranking. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes
If we change these terms we will update the date above and email you before material changes take effect.
